Is Ultra Hearing aids a scam? Can't get a refund

Ultra Hearing sold me aids that were huge on my small ears. From Feb 20 to Jun 17 I chased a return address. sent photos, called nonstop, calls dropped or no one picked up. They spammed the same line over 20 times: "we've received your request (38945), 24-48 hours." Then they emailed that because they were "on sale," I only get a credit.

They finally sent a return address on May 7, 2025 at 5:51 pm ET. I shipped May 8, 2025 at 12:20 pm ET. Delivery shows May 12, 2025 at 4:38 pm ET in Fort Myers, FL 33908. As of today: no refund, no replies.

I've since got hearing aids with a different company. I still want my money back from Ultra Hearing.
