Also check that the jar’s base ring and gasket are snug and seated - if that ring is even a bit loose the blade stack will wobble and get loud. Inspect the motor’s rubber drive coupler (the little gear the jar mates with); if the teeth are chewed or it wobbles on the shaft and it’s a cheap, easy replacement and often fixes vibration. Loading helps too: add liquid first, cut frozen fruit smaller, and pulse a few times before running steadily so you’re not hammering the blades.
Peeling within the first year often counts as a defect and many makers will replace the basket, so open a support ticket with photos and your receipt... For better longevity hand wash with gentle soap and a soft sponge, avoid soaking and dishwashers, let it cool before rinsing, skip aerosol and citrus cleaners, and consider ceramic-style or uncoated stainless inserts that may need a bit more oil but will not peel.
