    How do you create a realistic morning routine that actually sticks?

    My snooze button has tenure, but I'm trying to stage a peaceful coup. I need a morning routine I can actually follow before work: 45 minutes total, includes a quick stretch, breakfast, and a five-minute tidy. No gym access in the mornings, and I have to be out the door by 8 sharp. I get distracted by my phone, so any routine should limit screen time. Bonus points if it helps me avoid the smell of burnt toast at 8:05.
