My neighbor's dog barks most of the day when they're out, and it's starting to wear me down. I don't want to start a fight; I'd like to approach them kindly and see if we can fix it. How would you word that first conversation, and what solutions should I suggest? Quick background: I've tried a couple things already but keep getting stuck. Thanks in advance.
