Idk man, I was out for like six months and just started with the bike for 20 minutes easy pedaling. Built up by adding resistance slowly. Threw in some planks and stuff with the weights. Worked for me without messing up my joints. At night I'd do some yoga from a free app for recovery. Took a couple weeks to feel normal again. Biggest pitfall was expecting quick results and but sticking to it gave me that energy boost eventually.

I track heart rate, pace, and water in a sheet because I forget patterns otherwise. Keep easy runs under 75 percent of an estimated max or use the talk test for a simpler rule. If dizziness sticks around after a week of truly easy efforts with proper warm up and cool down, get checked.

Adding one thing - Love the warm-up idea - make it specific: 5 minutes of straight lines ellipses, and ghosted strokes; 5 minutes of value scales and hatching; 10 minutes on one simple object with only 2–3 values but then... rotate themes across days (boxes/perspective, cylinders/ellipses, textures, cross-contour) so it stays varied without extra planning. Track by dating each page and redrawing the same benchmark subject every Sunday for 10 minutes under the same light, then add a one-line note about what improved. To keep it fun, stop on a win and toss in tiny constraints now and then, like only straight lines or an overhand grip.

I ran into the same problem with big kibble constantly jamming my feeder. I first tried breaking up the food and keeping the hopper fuller but that was a pain and only helped a little. What finally worked was adding a small plastic wedge inside the hopper to steepen the slope and sticking a tiny tape tab on the rotating paddle so it sweeps the outlet, then switching the schedule to more frequent smaller drops and giving the hopper a quick shake after refilling; since then it has run fine with the chunky pieces.
