Night-before staging is the secret sauce: pre-fill the kettle lay out clothes and bag, set your bowl/spoon and toppings, and roll out the mat so you step right into the stretch. Park your phone in another room on Do Not Disturb and use one cheap kitchen timer plus an analog clock for the 44-minute countdown and checkpoints. Build a fallback plan for late starts (keep overnight oats, trim stretch to three moves, skip any heat-based breakfast) so you still hit the door calmly at 8.

Hiking in gusty spots taught me to aim one leg straight into the wind and spread the other two wide behind it. On slopes I put a single leg uphill under the load, then lean a little pressure down through the legs to preload everything. Keep the rig low and time the shot during lulls, and if you can, nudge shutter speed up a bit to reduce motion blur. Not perfect, but it tames the wobble on rough ground. Helped a ton.
Why is my coffee maker leaking water everywhere?

Yeah, In an office I maintain we saw water under the machine even when no one was brewing. Turned out the carafe lid was not pressing the basket valve fully so it dribbled down the front and around the base and which looks like a bottom leak. Test by putting the empty carafe in place and filling the tank, if it starts to drip with no brew cycle then it is that valve or the carafe lid fitment. Make sure the lid seats fully and that the little plunger in the basket moves without sticking. If it still leaks with the tank full and the machine idle, pull the tank out and look for dampness at the tank outlet seal and along the underside, then consider a service visit if opening it up is not your thing. No shame in that.

Fixed wake time first, alarm across the room. Morning light within 10 minutes, learned after a jet-lag fiasco. No naps past 2 and hard cutoff for screens an hour before bed.
