How often should I replace my electric toothbrush head?

Standard guidance is to replace the head about every 3 months or sooner if the bristles splay, feel rough, or after an illness; many have fading indicator bristles to cue you. To stretch it in hard water, give the head a brief soak in diluted white vinegar to dissolve mineral buildup, then rinse and air-dry fully. Rotating between two heads so each can dry completely, and using compatible soft, end-rounded bristle heads, can keep costs down without losing effectiveness.
Why is my new blender making a weird grinding noise?

One more thing to check after cleaning: the bottom retaining ring can be overtightened which warps the gasket and lets the blades rub the jar or ring - loosen it and re-snug by hand only. Also look for a slightly bent blade; even a small bend will make the jar feel smooth by hand but buzz and grind under load. If it still grinds & set the base on a towel and try the water test again; countertop resonance can make normal coupler chatter sound scary, and a fresh gasket plus a firm seat usually calms it down.
How do you all decide what to keep or toss when decluttering?

Decluttering changed my life after I lost all my stuff in a backpacking trip gone wrong. Now I keep only what sparks joy or has a real purpose, like Marie Kondo style but with a twist for backups. I make duplicates of important papers and photos digitally before tossing the originals. It's so freeing to travel light and know everything essential is safe in the cloud or a small safe. Start with your desk or a shelf, and celebrate each small win with a treat. You'll feel amazing once the space opens up.
