Google Photos is your best bet since it's free up to 15GB and works on both iPhone and Android. Upload all photos from devices and drives, let it organize by date and remove duplicates. For non-tech parents, the app is straightforward. Get an cheap external HDD for offline backup by downloading albums. Avoid paid services to keep costs low. This setup handles messy dates by using metadata.
How often should I replace my electric toothbrush heads?

Keep it simple and change it every three months & sooner if the bristles look tired or I have been under the weather. If one barely lasts two months that is usually a sign I am pressing too hard, so I lighten my grip and let the brush glide, and the next one lasts longer.
Quick checks help. Run it over your front teeth and if they still feel fuzzy afterward, or you see bristle tips flaring, time to swap.
How can I organize my bookshelf to prevent dust buildup and what cleaners work best?

I've found that arranging books tightly together helps a ton with dust. If they're packed in without big spaces between them, dust doesn't settle as easily. I also try to keep the bookshelf in a spot that's not right next to windows or doors where drafts bring in more particles.
For cleaning, a soft cloth works wonders for wiping down the shelves, and for the books themselves, I gently brush them off starting from the top. If there's stubborn dust, a lightly moistened cloth on the covers does the trick, but I make sure everything's dry right away to avoid any damage. Works great.
Oh, and if you have leather-bound ones, something gentle without harsh chemicals is key, you don't want to dry them out or anything.
Coming back to running after knee soreness

Idk, this worked for me when my knees were sore - I started with walking briskly for 10 minutes, then jogged slow for 10, and walked again. Built it up over weeks without pushing too hard. Strengthened my legs with squats and stuff on off days. Kept it to 30 minutes max and three times a week like you said. Foam rolling helped a ton after. Give it a shot, might ease the tenderness.
 Protein-rich breakfasts without cooking

Every morning is a circus between packing lunchboxes and hunting for tiny shoes, and protein stuff costs double for no reason. Big tub of Greek yogurt with two spoonfuls of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey is 30ish grams in two minutes. Cottage cheese with berries or a couple turkey and cheese roll-ups also hit the mark fast. Tip: pre-portion a few grab bowls on Sunday so weekday me doesn't rage-quit breakfast.
