Yeah that tracks - I’d add a tiny cheat sheet so you don’t renegotiate mid-clean: keep only if used in the last 90 days or next 90, it fits/works, and you genuinely like it; duplicates keep the best one, rest to the outbox. Pair the re-buy test with a small-town check: if you wouldn’t buy it again today and you could replace it locally within a week, it goes; if replacement would be a hassle, label it as a spare with a 60–90 day date. In your hour, do two quick passes on a micro-zone: 10 minutes for obvious trash/returns, then a strict one-touch, no-backtracking sweep until your donate or trash bag is full, then stop.

Along with the 5-minute minimum set a ceiling at first: cap every session at 10–15 minutes for two weeks so you always finish fresh and want to come back. Reduce friction the night before (clothes out, shoes by the door) and anchor the workout to a fixed cue like right after coffee. For the first month, only track “did I show up” and ignore performance so the win is consistency, not progress.

It will only work with a hub that passes power and can negotiate 15 V around 2.6 A. Many simple dongles only give 5 V so the that model will not enter that model mode and may still drain, so use the original charger or a PD unit with a 15 V profile and only trust adapters that explicitly say they support that model mode or 15 V passthrough.
