I've been pretty satisfied. I didn't realize my hearing was slipping as much as it was, but I was definitely missing bits in group conversations or when there was background noise. These have made a noticeable difference. They're comfortable, recharge easily, and are low-profile, which I like. For the price, they're a good choice if you just need some extra help without dropping $$$$$$
