+1 to all of this. Also turn off notification badges and previews so your home screen stays quiet and you only open apps on purpose. Add app timers for your biggest time sinks and have a friend or family member set the passcode so you can’t casually override them. If you’re up for it make a simple automation so opening a social app shows a 10‑second “still want to continue?” prompt first - those few seconds of friction catch a lot of mindless taps.
My guess is the cleaning dislodged some scale or debris that's now blocking the proper flow and causing overflows and leaks everywhere which, yeah start by running a cycle with just water to flush it out, and if that doesn't help, disassemble the water path components and clean them individually.
Prevent this next time by using a descaling solution every few months. Keeps things running smooth.
