How do you all decide what to keep or toss when decluttering?

Love your 3F and replacement threshold. To speed decisions do a duplicates pass first: keep the single best that meets 3F and let the rest go, then set a small daily exit quota (like five items out, counting trash/recycle/donate) so something leaves every session. I also use a 10‑second rule - if I can’t justify an item in ten seconds and it goes to the dated maybe bin - so you keep moving without second-guessing.
I'm trying to do you politely end a conversation with a chatty neighbor without being rude

Timers are great; I’d skip the fake appointment because it can backfire with a neighbor you’ll see often. What worked for me was a set script plus body cues: keep moving toward your door smile, and say, “I’ve only got a minute, I need to get dinner started, we’ll catch up another time,” while you start unlocking the door. Using the same line every time trained the chat into a quick check-in and kept things friendly.
Are these running shoes true to size?

I usually go half a size up from my casual shoe for running to leave a thumb’s width at the toes since feet swell mid-run. If you can, match the brand’s size chart to your actual foot length or an insole that already fits, and factor in the socks you’ll use. Also check width options - sizing up in width instead of length can fix tightness without adding extra toe room.
How do I choose the right beginner crochet kit for adults

Hi Ronald!
Maybe The Woobles. It is the easiest start for adults with clear step-by-step videos, low-split yarn, and a pre-started magic ring to remove the hardest first step. If a hook case matters, plan to add a small organizer since this kit prioritizes a polished single project over storage extras.
Is a regular Switch carrying case okay for the OLED model?

YEP, been there.
The OLED is slightly wider and a bit heavier but the overall shape is the same, so most regular cases work as long as they are not super rigid to the millimeter and... if the zipper track rides very close to the plastic edges, that is the only spot I double check because the wider body can touch there. Otherwise it should close cleanly and not bow.
