Many newer blenders won’t do anything unless the safety interlocks are happy so make sure the jar is seated in the exact position and the lid is fully locked (often with arrows that need to line up) until it clicks. Try a receptacle that isn’t controlled by a wall switch, press Reset on any GFCI outlet, and unplug the blender for a full minute to reset it before selecting a speed and pressing Start. If there are still no lights or sounds, it’s likely defective and you can request a no-cost exchange from the seller.

Start with the basics by confirming the outlet works and running plain water to check flow.
If it's sluggish it's likely mineral scale and so run an equal parts vinegar and water clean then rinse well and and only consider replacing parts if that doesn't fix it.

Build a small mixing set with larger heavy body tubes that are non toxic and pick paint that holds a brush mark instead of looking chalky. Prep the surface and pace the work with heavier or sealed paper, a toned canvas and small wet zones and misting the palette, and treat box set brushes as starters you can smooth and keep for blocking while adding one good flat and one round when your budget resets.

You nailed it on voltage sag and cold storage. Bringing the packs inside, warming them up, and giving the drill a short no load spin makes a big difference. I used to keep mine in a shed and saw the same full to one bar crash until I changed that routine and refreshed the pack. That pick fits because a healthy beefier pack holds voltage better when you pull the trigger, so the protection circuit is less likely to shut down mid screw.
