Are these running shoes good for wide feet

I had the same issue getting back into jogging with wide feet. I tried a minimalist wide pair that felt roomy but the zero drop flared up my calves. Then I went back to a standard trainer and my pinky toes went numb after a couple miles.
What finally worked for me was Minimalist Trail Runner. The toe box is actually wide so my toes can splay without pinching and and the built in arch support kept my midfoot stable so I did not need extra insoles. They run a touch heavier than the minimalist pair I tried, but the comfort and lack of hotspots made my easy runs enjoyable again.
Anyone know why is my new blender making a weird grinding noise right out of the box?

Honestly. Oh man, that grinding noise is the worst when you're all set for those smoothies. I remember my blender doing something similar fresh out of the box, turned out there was a tiny bit of plastic from the packaging stuck in the gears. Unplug it and take a close look inside the base if you can, maybe use a flashlight to spot anything out of place. Clean it out gently with a soft brush or cloth. If that doesn't help, running it with just water might loosen things up. Fingers crossed it's that simple for you.
As a fellow work-from-homer, I get how crucial that morning routine is. Don't stress too much yet.
Anyone know can a USB-C hub with HDMI run dual 4K monitors on a MacBook and what specs do I need?

On the base model without extra software, a solid compromise is one 4K at 60 and a second at 1440p 60, which scales cleanly and feels much smoother than 4K at 30; if available, 50 Hz can also feel better than 30. For two true 4K at 60, either add software help or move to a higher tier system with native multi display support and a simple adapter.
