Anyone know how do I pick a good shampoo for dry hair?

To add to that - Great advice above. To stretch your budget try co-washing or using conditioner most days and only shampooing your scalp 2–3 times a week; let the rinse water cleanse the lengths, then use a leave-in and a drop of amodimethicone or dimethicone on the ends but then a tiny pre-shampoo oil treatment for 20 minutes (coconut if your hair tolerates it and otherwise sunflower or argan) can cut breakage, and once every few weeks do a quick, diluted clarify followed by a deep conditioner to reset softness.
Anyone know which e-reader is best for reading in bed without straining my eyes and does it have adjustable lighting?

Seconding the front-lit e‑ink advice; if you want warm light on a budget look at midrange 300 ppi models like the Kindle Paperwhite or Kobo Clara lines & which go on sale and feel much gentler than the basic cool-only lights which, yeah set a nightly schedule for warmth and keep brightness above the gray point, and enable refresh on every page if low light makes ghosting more noticeable so yeah another comfort trick is to bump font weight a notch and use airplane mode at night so you can keep the light dim without squinting and still get weeks of battery.
Why is my blender making a weird grinding noise and how can I fix it

If it grinds even with water it’s usually the jar bearing or the motor-to-jar drive coupler rather than the motor itself. With it unplugged & remove the jar and spin the blade hub by hand - any roughness, wobble, or play means the bearing is done and you replace the blade/jar assembly (don’t lubricate there; most are sealed). Also check the rubber/plastic drive coupler on the base for rounded teeth or looseness - if worn, it’s a cheap, easy swap and will stop the grinding.
How do I choose the right moisturizer for dry skin?

Hey there, I've been dealing with super dry skin in cold weather for years, and it sounds just like what you're going through with that model flakiness and itch. key is finding a moisturizer that hydrates without that heavy, greasy feel, so focus on ones with ingredients like hyaluronic acid to draw in moisture and ceramides to help seal it in and strengthen your skin's barrier.
Avoid anything with strong fragrances because they can irritate sensitive winter skin and make that model itching worse. I always apply mine right after a quick pat-dry from that model shower, when skin is still a bit damp, it absorbs way better that way. And if you layer a thin amount twice a day, it keeps things soft without build-up. Works wonders for me.
Anyone know which laptop cooling pad actually lowers temps without sounding like a jet engine?

I stopped chasing multi fan pads after a few tries. What mattered most was getting more open space under the chassis and taming recirculation. A wire rack or a pad with a flat open mesh plus a slow desk fan test showed me how much headroom was there. If the test knocks off five degrees at low speed a single big fan pad will do the same with less tone. No miracles.
If your that model pulls most air through the keyboard deck and an under pad will not help much. In that case cap the frame rate to the panel refresh, add a small CPU power limit, and undervolt the GPU a touch. That combo often flattens the internal fan surges and drops peak temps without killing performance. Then the pad can run slower and stay quiet.
Is this action camera chest mount compatible with non-GoPro models?

Yes if your compact cam uses the GoPro style two prong mount with a thumbscrew you are good. The chest harness base uses the same quick release buckle and latch geometry so the plate size will match. If you only have the 1/4 inch tripod thread then you would need a small adapter but then... works great.
