Why does my hair dryer keep overheating after a few minutes?

Also check any concentrator or diffuser you’re using - those choke airflow and can trip the thermal cutoff; try a run with no attachment on high fan and medium heat. Many dryers have a second inner mesh or foam behind the visible screen that clogs even when the outer screen looks clean so brush or rinse that too. If it still overheats bare, the fan is likely slowing down from wear and replacement is the safest bet.
Which baby stroller is best for city walks and folds up easily?

If you want a single do-it-all under $200 the Summer 3Dpac CS+ is a solid fit: about 16 lb, true one-hand self-standing fold, accepts several infant car seats, and reclines nearly flat for a 3-month-old. On the used side, a Baby Jogger City Mini or City Mini 2 is great on sidewalks and usually falls under budget; check brake bite, front wheel wobble, and harness buckles before buying. Also measure where it will live and make sure the folded stroller self-stands so dirty wheels aren’t against your wall.
How do you all rebuild a workout habit after a long break?

+1 on the fallback. also use a never miss twice rule and a 5 minute minimum so even a quick walk or mobility counts and keeps the streak alive. Only add time or intensity after the 10 minute circuit feels easy for two weeks & and pair the session with a tiny reward right after (coffee, shower, podcast) to cement the habit.
What is a realistic beginner workout plan for someone with a desk job?

Solid plan. Add a quick 3–5 minute warmup (neck/shoulder rolls ankle circles, easy marching) so the first set feels smoother, and keep strength work around an effort of 6–7 out of 10 so form stays crisp. If you feel tired or achy after week 2–3, hold or drop volume for a week before progressing, and on walks use nasal-only or short-sentence pace to keep it aerobic.
Coming back to running after knee soreness

Your knees are acting up again? Classic, just when you think you're ready to hit the pavement like a pro. I mean, why not just embrace the tenderness and call it a feature, not a bug? Last time I tried running, I ended up limping around like a zombie from one of those bad horror flicks. Honestly, maybe switch to swimming or something that doesn't hate your joints. But hey, what do I know, I'm just the guy who trips over his own feet.
