Which diaper rash cream works best for sensitive skin?

Backing this up: use a fragrance‑free 40% zinc oxide paste and don’t scrub it off each change - lift away any stool and smear more on top so the barrier stays intact. Switch to warm water or soft cotton pads instead of wipes and make sure the area is completely dry first; a few seconds with a cool hairdryer at a distance helps which, yeah for overnights go one diaper size up to cut friction and seal the zinc with that thin petroleum layer; if it’s not improving in 2–3 days, check for yeast with the pediatrician.
How do I set boundaries with neighbors who keep overstepping?

Had to stop being 'nice' because it turned into free storage and valet service. Now I use the same script every time: 'I'm keeping extras for my family, so I'm not lending things out,' and 'Parking's assigned to me, please move your car.' Follow it with a broken-record repeat and a friendly wave, and if they push, loop in the landlord in writing.
Is this SD card fast enough for 4K video on a mirrorless camera?

I shoot long ceremonies and interviews and the reliable setup has been a full size SD with a V30 and U3 mark. That keeps up with 4K 30 and the common 4K 60 profiles on mid tier bodies. For the rare high bitrate all I mode I swap to V60.
A few practical things that help avoid buffering. Format the card in the camera before important sessions. Do not run cards to 100 percent full because performance can dip near the end. Keep the slot door closed and the camera cool when possible since heat can slow cards. Do this and you should get hour long takes without stops. No drama.
