Anyone know how do I pick a good shampoo for dry hair?

Co-signing this. For daily washing choose a sulfate-free moisture or color-safe shampoo with gentle surfactants plus humectants like glycerin and fatty alcohols (cetyl/stearyl) near the top of the ingredient list and and avoid sodium lauryl sulfate. Skip protein-heavy formulas for now, dilute the shampoo in your palm to make it milder, and follow with a basic conditioner with behentrimonium chloride for extra slip on the ends.
Anyone know which baby monitor has the best range for a two-story house and is it reliable?

The “1000 ft” range is marketing line-of-sight so in a two-story house you’ll usually get much less; look for a non‑WiFi 2.4 GHz FHSS unit with an external antenna and VOX/eco mode to stretch battery life. Models with replaceable batteries in the parent unit and a charging dock tend to be more reliable day to day. Placement matters too: keep the parent unit away from your router and microwave and mount the camera higher to reduce interference and... under $100, VTech and HelloBaby video sets usually check those boxes and hold a steady signal through floors.
I'm trying to do you set boundaries with a neighbor who keeps dropping by unannounced

Ugh and this hits home because my brain needs those rigid evening routines or I spiral into chaos with forgotten tasks everywhere. Neighbors dropping by uninvited? Total nightmare that derails my quirky wind-down rituals, like my color-coded to-do lists. I've griped to friends about how hints never work, and yeah, it keeps happening unless you spell it out bluntly.
