Another gotcha: when night vision kicks in the IR LEDs draw extra power and cheap USB adapters or long cables can sag voltage and reboot the cam, which looks like a signal drop - try a better 5V/2A adapter and a shorter cable but then... also separate your 2.4 GHz SSID (no band steering), avoid DFS channels on 5 GHz, and turn off 802.11k/v/r and PMF required for that SSID if your router offers those.

Great points which, yeah i’d add a quick bike-fit check: set the saddle so your knee is slightly bent at the bottom of the stroke and keep the gears light so you’re spinning not grinding. Also try not to stack all five days in a row - use a 2-on, 1-off, 2-on rhythm - and on cranky-knee days split it into 2 x 15 minutes or swap to a flat walk and finish with a brief calf/quad/hip flexor stretch.

Start with brisk walks and the bike, the way we used to do mall laps with a Discman and a pocket of printed photo maps for routes. I rebuilt my lungs after a desk-bound year by doing 20 minutes walking, 5 minutes easy spin, repeat, and I burned the same three CDs for months until it felt easy. When you can chat but not sing and add five minutes to one session each week.
