I pair the container limit with a “favorites first” pass: put only your best-and-used items in the bin and let the leftovers be easy outs. For speed, use a 90/90 rule (not used in 90 days and won’t in the next 90 = gone) and a duplicates rule (keep the best one and one spare max) but then... do one tiny zone per day (one drawer or half a shelf) and keep a standing outbox by the door so donations leave on your next errand.
