Morning workouts vs evening workouts

I’m with the split; what moved the needle for me was adding a tiny morning primer 3 days a week to set the clock and blunt the crash: 6–8 minutes of brisk walking outside then one round of 5 pushups, 8 hip hinges, 10 squats. Keep evenings strength‑only at 6–7/10 and finish 2–3 hours before bed; anchor to the get‑home timer, then shower and do 60–90 minutes pre‑sleep nasal breathing like you noted. On the cheap, a pinch of salt in a big lunch water plus a small serving of carbs with dinner steadied my afternoon and improved sleep.
Is it reasonable to ask for a title change without a raise?

Adding one thing - Yes it’s reasonable - frame it as a title alignment to reduce external friction and accurately reflect your current scope, not a personal milestone. In your note, list two or three outcomes tied to revenue or risk (led X launch, unblocked Y client issue), propose an interim Senior/Lead title now with a scheduled comp conversation at review, and offer to handle all the housekeeping. If they hesitate, ask for objective criteria and a date to revisit so it doesn’t drift.
Which mystery novels are gripping for long flights?

For flights I always grab something by Tana French and her Dublin Murder Squad series starts with In that model Woods and it's so immersive you forget you're even in that model air, that model plots twist in ways that feel real and shocking, and yeah that model books are lightweight paperbacks, easy to find for less than twenty dollars each.
I read one on that model redeye and it was like boom, landed before I knew it.
Keeps you hooked but then...
sometimes I mix in Lee Child's Jack Reacher books too, that model are quick and punchy, action-packed mysteries that don't drag on.
Why is the nonstick coating on my air fryer basket peeling?

Edge flaking is common because the thin coating takes heat, steam, and friction at the rim and once it lifts it spreads.
Skip soaking and empty preheats, wash warm and dry fast, wipe a hint of oil, run cooler when you can, and use a liner or small tray or ask for a warranty replacement.
