Why won't my new blender start up and how can I troubleshoot it

Appliance tech here.
With a new unit that is completely dead, I divide the faults between no power to the base and safety interlock not satisfied.
Verify the circuit with a lamp that you know works.
If the outlet has test and reset buttons and press reset.
If the outlet is controlled by a wall switch, leave it on.
Place the empty jar on the base and rotate fully until it stops.
Push straight down and try again.
Many use a small switch that is only depressed when the jar or lid is in the exact position.
If any panel light comes on but start does nothing, that points to the interlock.
Make sure the lid is on and the fill cap seated, then try pulse while pressing down gently.
If there are no lights at all, unplug, inspect the plug for bent blades, and reseat any detachable cord.
Feel under the base for a thermal or overload reset and press it.
Give it ten minutes unplugged to clear any lockout.
If it remains dead after these checks, the internal power switch or board is likely faulty from the factory, which is covered.
Document what you tried and contact support for a no cost exchange.
What's a realistic way to get back into exercise after a long break?

I get it, starting over sucks when life's already pulling you in every direction, and it's easy to feel like you'll never get that momentum back. With your setup, try 10 minutes on the bike to loosen up, then alternate treadmill walks with light weights for the rest of your time. But honestly, progress might be slow in a small town with limited gear, and you could hit plateaus fast.
I've been there, deconditioned after dorm life took over, and adding night stretches helped a bit with recovery, but don't expect miracles without better tools. Shipping delays killed my motivation once.
Pitfall I ran into was overdoing it early and getting discouraged when my knees ached, making me quit for another month. Pace yourself, but know burnout lurks if work amps up.
How do I choose the right acrylic paint set for beginners?

Pick a beginner acrylic set with a modest range of colors, vibrant pigments that stay rich when dry, and a price around 20 to 30 dollars. Work in small batches or choose paints with better moisture retention, and favor user friendly sets that include basic tips.
Why won't this mystery novel series load on my e-reader even after multiple tries?

This is likely a compatibility issue with the series format on your older device, so contact the store support to reformat the download, try one title at a time, and check for a manual software update via computer. Holding off on a new device is wise since these tweaks often fix it.

Got these for my 88 year old dad who has hearing loss from age and Chemotherapy...unequal (more in one ear than the other). He has used them for over 1 year now. Here are the pros/cons:
PROS
- Very simple to use
- Great sound quality
- Battery charging easy (nice little case and magnetic dock)
- Cleaning and maintenance pretty easy (order the little kit with brush, extra ear domes, wax guards)
- Support is fast and friendly and seem to be US based
Cons
- I wish there were an app to control the settings but can't complain for the price
- It took some trial error to find the right ear domes that fit comfortably
Overall they're great little hearing aids
