Got these for my 88 year old dad who has hearing loss from age and Chemotherapy...unequal (more in one ear than the other). He has used them for over 1 year now. Here are the pros/cons: PROS - Very simple to use - Great sound quality - Battery charging easy (nice little case and magnetic dock) - Cleaning and maintenance pretty easy (order the little kit with brush, extra ear domes, wax guards) - Support is fast and friendly and seem to be US based Cons - I wish there were an app to control the settings but can't complain for the price - It took some trial error to find the right ear domes that fit comfortably Overall they're great little hearing aids
