I’d also skip notorious fugitives like Aureolin PY40 and Opera Pink, and if your Burnt Sienna isn’t PBr7, a transparent PR101 “Burnt Sienna” works great with Ultramarine for neutrals.

To add to that - A simple script helps: “I’m better company if I get 20 minutes to decompress; let’s do a quiet block after dinner, I’ll set a timer and then we’ll hang out.” Use a clear cue to prevent micro-interruptions (headphones on or a magnet on the fridge = quiet time).
