Great rundown. I’d add to avoid wet lubes like WD-40 or oil - they attract grit and make squeaks return after rain - stick to dry wax/graphite or a tiny wipe of silicone only on plastic pivots. When you pull the wheels double-check the order and condition of any thin spacers or bushings; a pinched or flipped spacer causes that once-per-revolution squeak. If a rubber bushing or fabric edge is rubbing the frame, a light dusting of cornstarch or a swipe of bar soap quiets it without making anything slippery.
