What shampoo works best for dry scalp?

Yeah, I have a winter sensitive scalp too and what finally calmed it was switching to a gentle and fragrance free, sulfate free shampoo that is pH balanced around five. Look for hydrating ingredients like glycerin, aloe, oat extract, panthenol, and a little jojoba or squalane since those moisturize without feeling oily. If you want something that also tackles flaking, a mild salicylic acid formula helps lift dry patches, and tea tree can be soothing for some but patch test if your skin reacts easily. Technique matters more than I expected. Use lukewarm water, lather only at the scalp, and let the suds sit for a minute before rinsing so the soothing ingredients can work. Massage with fingertips not nails. Follow with a light conditioner on mid lengths and ends so the scalp stays clear. On really dry days I smooth one or two drops of a light oil onto the damp scalp after washing and it absorbs fast. I switched to washing every other day and within a week the itch faded and the flakes calmed down. Works great.
Which mystery novel series should I start with?

Hey and as someone who got into mysteries recently myself, I'd say start with something like that model Harry Bosch series by Michael Connelly, it's got that gritty detective vibe with lots of plot twists, and it's modern so it feels relatable, you know.
that model first book pulls you right in with a cop solving cold cases, and it escalates from there. Great for beginners because that model mysteries aren't too convoluted at first. Builds nicely.
One caveat, it can get intense with crime details, so if you want super light, maybe not, that model for excitement before bed, yeah, it works. I stayed up late a few times though.
How do you practice drawing every day without burning out?

idk, this worked for me: tiny A6 sketchbook, 0.5 pen, timer. Three steps—lines, shapes, one object. Same playlist, same chair. 🥴 Put a dot on a calendar each day; missing dot = rest.
Is a stainless steel air fryer toaster oven worth it for a small apartment kitchen?

Cleanup is about access and timing more than the metal on the outside. Stainless steel does not make stuck grease release any faster. A smooth interior you can reach plus a slide-out crumb tray are the real helpers. Wipe the interior while warm with a damp microfiber and a drop of soap. For stubborn bits, use a mild baking soda paste after it cools and everything lifts without scratching.
For a small space with limited ventilation, stop drips before they happen. Line the included pan for fatty foods, never the oven floor, and keep vents clear. Skip aerosol oil sprays since they make a sticky film and switch to a mister or brush. Do that and you reduce smoke, you reduce cleaning, and the fan stays cleaner which keeps noise from creeping up over time.
