Are these running shoes true to size?

I need new running shoes for my daily jogs. The ones on Amazon look good but I want to confirm if they run true to size before buying.

Hey, if you're looking for running shoes that fit true to size for your daily jogs, I'd go with the Ghost. From what I've heard and read in reviews, they generally run true to your usual size, so you shouldn't have to worry about sizing up or down.

They're a solid choice for everyday running with good cushioning that makes those jogs more comfortable without feeling bulky. Plus, the neutral support works well for most people, keeping things straightforward for your routine.

Hey Lauren! I've been jogging daily for a couple years now, and when it comes to running shoes, sizing can be tricky depending on the style... In my experience with a few pairs I've grabbed online, they often fit just like my regular shoe size, no need to adjust up or down. Feels spot on for comfort during those long runs.

If you're unsure, maybe measure your foot length against the size chart they provide, that usually helps avoid any surprises when they arrive.

I found them true to size for daily runs. I wear my usual running size and get a thumb-width in the toe with no heel slip. If you prefer extra space up front or your feet tend to swell and consider half up. Otherwise stick with your normal. Works great.

Yeah and from what I've seen in tons of reviews and chats with other runners, most running shoes these days tend to run pretty true to size, especially for everyday jogging. I remember ordering a pair last month and they fit perfectly right out of the box, no breaking in needed or anything. Cushioning was decent too, made my jogs way smoother. But hey, feet are different, so if yours are wide or narrow, that might change things a bit. Works great overall though.

As someone who's picky about fit,, I'd say check the user reviews carefully before clicking buy and because running shoes can vary.

Some pairs I've tried ran a half size small, which threw off my jogs at first, but others were dead on with my usual size.

I ended up returning one and getting the right fit, and it made all the difference in comfort.

Yeah, trial and error sometimes, but worth it for daily use.

I usually go half a size up from my casual shoe for running to leave a thumb’s width at the toes since feet swell mid-run. If you can, match the brand’s size chart to your actual foot length or an insole that already fits, and factor in the socks you’ll use. Also check width options - sizing up in width instead of length can fix tightness without adding extra toe room.

Go half size up if you have a wide forefoot or are between sizes and otherwise true to size works. For jogging leave a thumbnail of room and a secure heel, try them at the end of the day to see if your toes hit, and expect no hot spots.
