It is interference from the dock area. The Switch radio shares space with USB 3 gear and Wi Fi. Turn on Pro Controller Wired Communication and play with a USB C cable. If you prefer wireless move the dock forward and switch your home Wi Fi to 5 gigahertz or pick a quiet 2.4 channel. That cleared the dropouts for me.
