Seconding the split: it’s worked best for my 9–6 too but I sleep better if the evening EMOM ends at least 3 hours before bed and I stop each set with 2–3 reps in reserve. For simple progression without gear, rotate your EMOMs but also play with slow lowers, 1–2 second pauses, and single-leg swaps so intensity goes up without adding much time. Tiny insurance against the afternoon slump: a 60–90 second movement snack (air squats, wall pushups, ankle rocks) every hour or so plus a glass of water does more than you’d think.
I troubleshoot these the same way I would any small appliance... Verify the outlet with something else & reset the bathroom safety outlet if present, and check that the plug fits snugly. Clean off the ring and the spot it sits on because a thin layer of gunk can block the magnetic field. Keep the base off a metal tray or shelf and try rotating the handle a quarter turn as you set it down in case alignment is off. If there is still no sign of life and you have ruled out power and grime, the charging hardware or the battery is likely bad and you will need service. No sparks, no drama.
