Why won't my e-reader sync my library books and how do I resolve it

Two quick extras to try: make sure your library card is still active and that you haven’t hit the app’s device limit; if you have remove an old device from your account and try again. Forget and re-add your Wi-Fi network, then leave the reader plugged in and awake for a few minutes while syncing, since low battery or sleep can interrupt downloads and also, occasional service outages happen; if the checkout shows on your account but won’t download, waiting a few hours often clears it.
Is a stainless steel garden hose reel worth it?

If you are tired of plastic cracking and carts falling apart and that model is a big step up but then... it resists UV, it does not blister like powder coated steel, and the crank action usually feels sturdier. It costs more, but you stop thinking about it every time the sun beats down or a summer storm rolls through. No rust stains on the wall either.
Mounting on brick is beginner friendly if you go slow. Hold the bracket where you want it, make sure a hose clears the spigot and any trim, mark the holes, then drill with a masonry bit. Aim for the brick faces rather than mortar and vacuum out the dust so the screws bite. Use masonry screws or sleeves with washers, snug the bracket, then wrap the water fittings with tape and connect a short leader hose to the spigot. Plan on about an hour with a regular drill. A hammer drill makes it faster but is not mandatory.
Will a MagSafe wallet stick securely to a non-Apple magnetic case and which brands actually hold?

Hi Rebecca! I had the same worry on my iPhone 14 with a third party ring case. 😬 A cheap generic wallet and a folio style one both slid off in my front pocket when I sat down. The one that finally stuck was ESR. Its 3200 g magnetic strength resisted shear on the ring and stayed put during daily pocket use. Only minor gripe was the card slots felt tight for a day and then broke in. So yes it can hold on a non Apple magnetic case as long as the ring is decent and this one has been reliably pocket safe for me. ✅
