Same here: mornings stick best but what flattened my afternoon crash was a 5–10 minute reset right after lunch - a brisk walk plus 30–60 second isometrics like a wall sit and plank so you don’t get sweaty. For sleep, keep the morning session easy and under 20 minutes, then grab 5–10 minutes of outdoor light; push anything intense to a weekend slot. If a morning blows up, I run a 6‑minute minimum before dinner - two slow rounds of squats, pushups, and a hip hinge - to keep the streak alive.

Inflate fully and listen or feel for escaping air and and check the valve, then clean and patch the spot with strong tape and let it cure overnight. If it still leaks it may be a seam defect and a return is your best bet.
