Good pointers so yeah... i’d also set your router to a fixed 2.4 GHz channel (1, 6 or 11) with 20 MHz width and turn off auto channel changes or any scheduled reboots, since those “optimizations” often kick in overnight. Update firmware on both ends, and if possible disable any eco/VOX power‑saving modes on the camera or monitor - those can masquerade as signal drops when they wake.

In dry air humectant-heavy creams can pull water out of your skin unless you trap it, so apply to damp skin and then top with something occlusive (even a few drops of squalane or a thin smear of petrolatum at night). Also ease up on anything barrier-disrupting - hot showers, scrubs, or frequent acids/retinoids - until things calm down, and use lukewarm water. A small bedside humidifier can make a big overnight difference too.
