As someone who's been running for years with that model feet,, I can tell you that not all shoes are created equal for us. When I resumed jogging after a break, I prioritized flexibility in the upper material to allow my feet to spread naturally. That prevented the numbness I used to get in my toes.
Don't forget about the heel fit too. A secure heel keeps everything stable without squeezing the forefoot. And if you're prone to overpronation and look for stability features. It's all about trial and error, but once you find the right combo, your runs will feel so much better.
