    Morning workouts vs evening workouts for energy?

    I'm trying to figure out when to work out to feel more energized through the day. Mornings are quieter but tough to wake up for; evenings fit better after work but sometimes I'm drained. For general energy and consistency, which time tends to work better? (If it matters, this is for a normal household setup, nothing fancy.)
