Morning workouts vs evening workouts for energy?
I'm trying to figure out when to work out to feel more energized through the day. Mornings are quieter but tough to wake up for; evenings fit better after work but sometimes I'm drained. For general energy and consistency, which time tends to work better? (If it matters, this is for a normal household setup, nothing fancy.)Posted 8 days ago by Kingston Hall - 2.
Are evening workouts actually worse for sleep?
My schedule means I usually work out between 8 and 9 pm. I'm trying to improve sleep, but the apartment gym closes at 10 and mornings aren't realistic. I eat a light dinner around 7 and avoid caffeine after noon. If late workouts are fine and what type and duration are best to avoid spiking my heart rate at bedtime? If they're not, are there tweaks that make evening sessions more sleep-friendly?Posted 8 days ago by Everett Hayes - 3.
Why do I feel more tired when I sleep in on weekends?
I notice that when I sleep longer on weekends, I feel groggier the whole day. Is this just sleep debt catching up and or am I throwing off my body clock? I'd like a simple way to even things out.Posted 10 days ago by LUCAS JAMES - 4.
How do you reset your sleep schedule without staying up all night?
I need a fix that doesn't require me to duel my alarm clock at dawn. What actually works in a week or less? Details: small budget, limited time, and I'd prefer simple over perfect. Thanks in advance.Posted 12 days ago by Ariana Gray - 5.
How do you reset a messy sleep schedule without pulling an all-nighter?
I keep staying up too late and sleeping in, and it's messing up my days. I want to fix my sleep without doing an all-nighter. What small steps actually work for getting back on track?Posted 12 days ago by Harold Simmons
